This one is close to my heart. My family at the beach at my grandmother’s cabin. It is also the largest painting I’ve ever done. I did it for a class assignment; the vision, however, was strictly my own. The instructor did not touch the canvas, but did help by validating my choices and double-dog-daring me to go for a risky idea I had for painting the water.
